All transactions conducted on the DexBoss platform are non-refundable. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged, regardless of user satisfaction, market conditions, or other factors.
Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all transactions prior to completion. By finalizing a purchase, staking, or trading activity, you agree that the sale is irrevocable and final. DexBoss will not process any refunds or compensation requests under any circumstances.
DexBoss is not liable for platform interruptions, including but not limited to system maintenance, technological issues, or third-party service failures. Such disruptions do not qualify users for refunds, reimbursements, or any form of compensation.
It is the responsibility of users to ensure their activities on the DexBoss platform comply with applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction. Failure to comply with these obligations does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. DexBoss is not responsible for changes in the value of $DEBO or any other assets traded or held on the platform. Price fluctuations, whether favorable or unfavorable, do not warrant a refund or adjustment.
